At Kalani Clinic, we take pride in providing high-quality products and professional services. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for refunds, exchanges and returns.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Retail Products
If you have changed your mind, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for products purchased from our clinic or online.
If a product is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Returned products must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Treatments and Services
Payments for consultations, treatments and services are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please refer to our cancellation policy outlined in our Terms of Service.
If Kalani Clinic determines that a treatment cannot safely proceed due to a medical contraindication identified before treatment commences, any refund or credit will be provided at our discretion or where required by law.
Treatment Packages
Treatment packages are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Unused treatments are non-refundable.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise required by law.
Kalani Clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
How to Request a Return or Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a return, replacement or refund, please contact us as soon as possible with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. We may request photographs of damaged products or ask that the product be returned for inspection before a resolution is provided.
