WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for your treatment. If you're having a body treatment, loose-fitting clothing can help keep you comfortable before and after your appointment.

CAN I WEAR MAKEUP TO MY APPOINTMENT?

It's best to arrive with clean skin if possible. For most skin and laser treatments, we recommend wearing little or no makeup on the treatment area. If needed, we'll let you know how to prepare before your appointment.

SHOULD I SHAVE BEFORE LASER HAIR REMOVAL?

Yes, we recommend shaving the treatment area 12–24 hours before your appointment. Avoid waxing, plucking or threading before laser hair removal, as the hair follicle needs to be present for the treatment to be effective.

WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE?

Please call us as soon as possible if you're running late. We'll do our best to accommodate you, however your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on our schedule.

CAN I GO BACK TO WORK AFTER MY APPOINTMENT?

Most treatments have little to no downtime, so you can usually return to work the same day. Some treatments may require a short recovery period, and your clinician will explain exactly what to expect before you leave.
